The Balance Bar is called that because we looked up the essential oils that aid with balancing a woman's hormones. The answer was lavender and clary sage. So we used these two essential oils and added jasmine for a splash of added scent. The result is a scent that is pleasing to the mind and heart. We cannot claim that it actually balances hormones but you can try it and decide for yourself!
